All adults 18 years of age or older are required to complete the application and sign the lease. We process the applications as quickly as we can but it may take 5-7 business days to be notified if you have been accepted. Pet and smoking restrictions apply at all locations, so please ask for more details.

1. Please submit your completed application with the fee of $45 for each applicant.
2. If you are accepted and at a later date you decide not to take the apartment, you will forfeit the deposit.
3. The standard security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, plus $100 but a larger deposit may be required.  At this time, you will need to provide us with a copy of your driver’s license and social security card.
4. The rent for the first month of occupancy needs to be paid in full upon move-in. If you don’t move in by the first of the month, your rent will be prorated and the adjustment will be made in the second month of your lease.
